UPDATE:

Dear Friends and Supporters,

Out of an abundance of caution for our friends, supporters, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and the vulnerable citizens in our community, our Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of public health officials, have decided to postpone the 6th Annual Diva Comedy Night until Saturday, September 12, 2020.

Tickets purchased for the March 21st event will be honored on September 12th
Diva Comedy Night is the largest fundraising event of the year for Girls at Work. Postponing this event has had an immediate impact.

On Saturday, March 21st, we’ll be holding an online auction featuring the items built by Girls at Work builders as a way to fundraise and recover the costs associated with rescheduling the event. Please consider supporting Girls at Work by participating in the online auction. More information on the auction will be available soon on social media and at here at girlswork.org.

A special ‘thank you’ is being planned for supporters opting to keep their tickets for September 12th. “We’re extremely grateful to our wonderful friends and supporters who are willing to hold onto their tickets for our September date and we will be holding a special raffle for you to win one of three unique and very cool prizes at Diva Comedy Night – we look forward to celebrating with you in September!” -Elaine Hamel, Founder, Girls at Work

Refunds will be issued upon request up until Saturday, March 21st, 2020 for anyone unable to attend in September. Please contact: [email protected].

We appreciate your understanding and support during this challenging time.
On behalf of all of us here at the shop, we hope that you and yours stay well, be informed, kind, and empowered!
