For twenty years, Girls at Work has been teaching girls to find their voice in the face of real-life challenges, from everyday bullying and gender bias to poverty, abuse, and neglect.

By teaching girls to build with power tools – both in our afterschool programs and in our “Build Me Up” summer camps, builders gain confidence, strength, power and resilience.
